學歷：Education Background
全日制本科及以上，專業(yè)為金屬材料或汽車工程優(yōu)先。
Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in metallic materials or automotive engineering would be preferred.
相關工作經驗：Relevant Working Experience:
5年以上鋼鐵和/或汽車行業(yè)的相關工作經驗。有市場咨訊經驗的優(yōu)先考慮
At least 5 years working experience in steel and/or automotive industries. Market intelligence experiences would be preferred."
技能要求：Skills Requirement
1 熟練使用辦公軟件，尤其是PPT和excel。Proficiency in office software, especailly PowerPoint and EXCEL skills.
2 高級英語口語和寫作技能。取得英語六級以上證書
Advanced spoken and written English skills. CET-6 or above.
知識要求: Knowledge Requirement
1. 具備較強技術背景并了解汽車鋼產品及解決方案。
Have stronger technical background and well know automotive steel materials products portfolio .
2. 具備高級英文書面和口頭溝通能力。
Have advanced wriiten and oral English communicating skills.
3. 具備豐富的市場推廣和（技術類）業(yè)務拓展經驗。
Have rich marketing promotion and (technical) BD expereinces .
4. 具備較強(汽車鋼)市場咨詢收集與分析能力。
Have stronger (automotive steel) marketing intelligence gathering and analysis ability.
5. 具有一定的汽車底盤、新能源汽車電池包和/或（鋼鐵）材料進口等的相關經驗。
Have certain experiences in the fields of automotive chassis,NEV bettery pack and/or steel materials importation.

崗位職責 Responsibilities：
1. 探索新興市場業(yè)務機會和發(fā)現契合公司長遠發(fā)展的新材料產品Explore business opportunities from NEV and other emerging industries and discover new materials portfolios and unique solutions which are to be available along with VAMA future development.
2. 從技術和商務視角，進一步完善對本地市場的理解并定義出新的目標業(yè)務領域和客戶。
Better understand the local market status quo from both technical and commercial perspective and define our targeted sectors and customers currently not yet touched.
3 加強VAMA與安米歐洲團隊緊密合作，制定正確的新業(yè)務戰(zhàn)略。
Closely team work with VAMA cross-functional team as well as regularly communicate with AM European colleagues aim to set up proper strategies and right approaches to those new sectors and customers.
4. 定期收集市場咨訊。
Create market intelligence resources in the fields of which are not yet networked by VAMA existing teams as well as jointly carry out market surveys on specific directions and topics from internal needs.
