Beijing Jingyi Renewable Energy Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as JYE ) is a high-tech enterprise with registered capital of 100million RMB. It is co-invested by Beijing Instrument Industry Group Co., Ltd(controlling shareholder), Beijing Energy Investment (Group) Co., Ltd and Yingli Solar (China) Co., Ltd. JYE was setup after merging the strengths of Beijing Automation Technology Institute and Beijing Chunshu Rectifier Co.,Ltd in R&D and system integration capability of PV system.
