POSITION OBJECTIVE
·Quick and accurate respond customer's technical queries or issues.
·Prepare and arrange jobs efficiently to complete site service on time.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Perform the service at customer's site effectively. Prepare and submit field service report and time sheet for customer's approval.
2.The service scope includes system troubleshooting, upgrade, start-up & commissioning, maintenance and application development.
3.Perform small system expansion/upgrade projects professionally.
4.Support customer on site system operation/maintenance training.
5.Response to customer's technical queries or issues. Follow up and close the call timely.
6.Escalate unresolved system issues and cooperate with Global Service Centre to find out the solution for system discrepancy and outstanding defects.
7.Support IBS sales team for any technical queries.
8.Handle the FRSI products warranty/system notice issues and communicate with customers timely.
9.Track the Latest system revision and new system product knowledge & sharing with the team members.
10.Complete other job assigned by supervisor/manager.
JOB COMPETENCIES, AND COMPETENCY STANDARD NEEDED
1.Willing to take domestic and oversea travel, even at short notice for emergency services.
2.High degree of initiative and good communication skills.
3.Strong computer proficiency.
4.Capable and willing to work independently and handle multiple tasks with minimum supervision.
EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
1.Possess a bachelor/Master degree of industrial automation/Process control engineering.
2.Strong technical knowledge of Control Automation products, Have the usage background of DeltaV system is preferable.
3.Minimum 2 years DCS/PLC engineering/service or maintenance background.
4.Fluent in English and Mandarin ( Oral and Written), Ie. CET 6
