Responsibilities:
1. Define and deploy a consistent packaged offering and product catalogue throughout China – industrialize the offering throughout all departments, train W&C teams.
2. Provide to the Product management clear information on requirements for sourcing and market evolution, provide analytical tools and support market analyses.
3. Build solid partnerships with Laser and Welding OEM’s, make AL become their recommended partner in China.
4. Make sure the Quote to Cash process is optimized and runs smoothly.
5. Carefully watch competition activity and preventively adjust AL tactics/strategy.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Welding, Engineering, or relevant.
2. Minimum 7 years related working experience, familiar with marketing practices.
3. Good knowledge of welding & cutting market at a national level.
4. Very good interpersonal skills.
5. Fluent in both oral and written English.
6. Willing to travel.
