Responsibilities:
1. Assist Manufacturing engineer for the development of new tools and equipments;
2. Trial the new tools and equipments; adjust bending plates and fixtures;
3. Assist to make prototype samples;
4. Prepare the working instructions and train operators;
5. Engineering document control; such as product and component drawing; WI; PFMEA; Process Flow Chart;
6. Help the production department to solve the tool or equipment problem if needed;
7. Prepare the Packing proposals for PPAP package;
8. Maintain the BOM in VE system;
9. Create IMDS and submit to Customer per schedule;
10. Maintain training record in web;
11. Maintain GM GQTS/S-P document submission system.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or above with a majoring in Mechanical or related domain.
2. Automotive manufacture field working experience is preferred.
3. Problem analysis and solving capability in field working.
4. Ability to work under pressure.
5. Familiar with AutoCAD and other Microsoft office software is preferred
6. Good Command in Writing, Reading and Understanding
7. Result Oriented and Self-driven
