Responsibilities:
1. Analyze the extrusion parts and material parts to work out the tool drawing include 2D and 3D;
2.Attend the tool launch meeting and review with customer to define the tool layout and structure;
3. Tooling design, modification, making and mechanical assembly for assigned project. Develop and optimize efficient manufacturing process;
4. To make first analysis for components for factory return and field return;
5. Tooling design and fabrication;
6.Play an important role in new tool introduction and cost control;.
Requirements:
.College graduate at least;
2. Over 5 years relevant experience;
3. Skilled in using CAD software such as Pro-E, UG, AutoCAD etc;
4. Experience in die design for connector will be preferable;
5. Experience in automobile industry will be preferable.
