Key responsibilities:
1.Lead quality planning & PPAP processes for existing and new production
2.Lead product audit and track action effect to ensure compliance to specification
3.Establish quality documentation for incoming inspection, final audit, process inspection, update when product and process changes are required as improvement.
4.Prioritize improvement efforts thru the application of quality tools, enhance the SPC data collection system to process control.
5.Lead the implementation of a centralized gage management and supporting documentation to ensure compliance to TS******. 6. Set up and maintain communication to understand customer requirement of quality, deal with customer complaint.
7.Lead the internal and external quality problem analysis and problem solving
8.Support the implementation and maintenance of the TS****** system
Qualification:
1.BS/MS in Engineering / Technical-related field, certified Quality Engineer preferred.
2.3-5 years experience in process quality control
3.Plastics processing and plastic insert injection molding experience preferred
4.Extensive Problem Solving Experience
5.Good verbal, written and presentation communication skills; including the English language.
6.Knowledge and Ability to apply the AIAG developed std. such as APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC
7.Knowledgeable about Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
8.Strong PC skill
