職位概要：
To perform a wide variety of Quality Engineer support functions for the Quality Manager；apply detailed program knowledge in collecting and/or creating reports using customer information; providing liaison between the customer and Kirchhoff Suzhou; completing corrective actions; coordinating continuous improvement projects; on going TS ****** maintenance and perform assigned work as required.
主要職責(zé)：
l Customer liaison for plant visits, customer issues/corrective actions
l Coordinate continuous improvement/scrap reduction projects
l Join in the project development, and support to prepare PPAP document and other reports by customer requirements.
l Initiate/track and pursue to closure internal corrective actions
l Maintain TS ****** documentation requirements including work instructions, procedure changes, process changes
l Plans and directs activities concerned with development, application and maintenance of quality standards for processes, materials and products.
l Comply with ISO****** requirements
l Advise the Production Division on questions pertaining to product quality (pressing, welding etc.)
l Conducting process and product quality audits (comprehensive and partial)
l Training of employees in quality assurance and products
l Drawing up and overseeing inspection plans according to control plan and part drawings, (incoming, stamping and welding parts)
l Fault analysis and assessments
l Customer support (discussions on quality, co-ordination of rework)
l Write gauge work instructions, train staff on proper use of gauges,

任職資格：
l Bachelor degree, preferably in welding engineering technology field
l 4-6 years experience in automotive quality
l Must have welding and stamping process experience.
l Must have good computer skills-Word, Excel, SPC software
l Excellent oral and written communications skills especially for customer interaction
l Carry out duties with limited/no supervision
l Able to travel
