1. implement personnel planning and proactively take suitable measures and channels to attract and recruit people.實施人力資源規(guī)劃并且主動選擇合適的方式和渠道吸引和招募人才；
2. responsible for staffing, e.g. probation talk, contract renewal, salary review and etc.負責(zé)員工管理，如：試用期談話、合同續(xù)簽、薪資回顧等；
3. in charge of employee development e.g. contact talk and employee development discussion.負責(zé)員工發(fā)展，如：發(fā)展對話、個人發(fā)展討論；
4. participate in the personnel marketing activities such as special job fair, campus promotion and etc.參與人力資源營銷活動，如：專場招聘會、校園宣講等；
5. participate in or lead a specific HR project 參與或主導(dǎo)指定的人力資源項目。
要求：
4 to 8 years HR work experience, expertise in recruiting or employee development, basic understanding on compensation and benefit system and leadership development, MNC HR experience is preferred
4-8年HR工作經(jīng)驗，精通招聘或員工發(fā)展、對薪資福利體系和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力發(fā)展有基本認識；跨國公司HR工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先；
- be initiative and high work independency, HR project experience is preferred

- strong learning ability and result oriented很強的學(xué)習(xí)能力和結(jié)果導(dǎo)向；
