職位職責(zé)：
1.根據(jù)IEC******,GB5226,ISO4413和ISO4414的規(guī)范和要求設(shè)計(jì)自動(dòng)化設(shè)備的電氣控制系統(tǒng)、氣路液壓系統(tǒng)。
2.根據(jù)公司的編程理念和模板進(jìn)行PLC和HMI的程序設(shè)計(jì)
3.客戶處現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)試、編程及故障排除
4.根據(jù)公司的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)編撰設(shè)備手冊(cè)
5.領(lǐng)導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)，按照客戶的預(yù)期按時(shí)完成項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃
6.經(jīng)理安排的其他工作
1.Design machine electrical, pneumatic & hydraulic drawings per IEC******-1, GB5226, ISO4413 & ISO4414 specification
2.PLC & HMI programming, following company’s design philosophy & engineering templates
3.Customer field service, including installation, programming & troubleshooting
4.Write machine manuals per company standards
5.Lead the project and complete it on time and with customer’s satisfaction
6.Any other tasks required by manager
任職要求： 1.電氣和自動(dòng)化本科學(xué)歷
2.具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神及優(yōu)秀的溝通能力
3.優(yōu)秀的計(jì)算機(jī)能力，能夠熟練使用excel, outlook, powerpoint和project等Office軟件
4.至少5年非標(biāo)自動(dòng)化設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。能夠獨(dú)立完成大型自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線的設(shè)計(jì)、編程和調(diào)試工作。
5.熟悉ANSI和IEC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的圖紙格式和規(guī)范。熟練使用AutoCAD，能熟練使用E-PLAN者優(yōu)先考慮。
6.精通西門子、AB、三菱和歐姆龍等PLC編程。
7.精通西門子、PROFACE和AB等HMI編程。
8.精通三菱、西門子和AB等伺服系統(tǒng)，熟練掌握其配置、調(diào)試及編程
9.精通Labview和高級(jí)語(yǔ)言編程者優(yōu)先考慮。
10.熟悉氣路、液壓和潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)
11.優(yōu)秀的英文技巧，能夠用英文編寫程序及文檔，能夠熟練的用英語(yǔ)同外籍人士交流。
12.能夠適應(yīng)項(xiàng)目加班和差旅情況，能夠應(yīng)對(duì)工作壓力。
1.Engineering bachelor’s degree in electrical and automation is required
2.Good interpersonal skill in team environment
3.Good computer skills & proficient at using office software, such as excel, outlook, project, powerpoint & etc
4.At least 5 years experience working for machine builder, experienced in machine controls system design, debugging and programming
5.Familiar with ANSI or IEC standard drawing format. Good AutoCAD skill is required, good EPLAN skill is a plus
6.Have a solid knowledge in SIEMENS, MITSUBISHI, OMRON, AB PLC, have experience in writing PLC program
7.Have a solid knowledge in SIEMENS, PROFACE, AB HMI, have experience in writing HMI program
8.Experienced in MITSUBISHI, SIEMENS & AB servo configuration & programming
9.Knowledge in LabView and C/C++/VB program is a plus
10.Have good knowledge in Fluid Power, understand pneumatic, hydraulic & lubrication drawings
11.English skills, can write program & documents in English, can talk to foreign people in English
12.Be able to work overtime and travel if needed, can handle working pressure
