Duties and responsibilities:
? Responsible for product mechanical development cycles from concept design to aunch of mass production
負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品從概念設(shè)計到批量生產(chǎn)的機械研發(fā)周期內(nèi)的工作；
? Translate functional specifications into mechanical design requirements
負(fù)責(zé)把產(chǎn)品的功能性規(guī)范轉(zhuǎn)換成機械設(shè)計需求；
? Optimize the design for cost competitiveness and manufacturability
優(yōu)化設(shè)計達到具有競爭力的成本目標(biāo)和可制造性；
? Select mechanical components & materials based on design requirements and cost target
根據(jù)設(shè)計要求和成本目標(biāo)挑選機械零部件和材料；
? Working closely with electronic development, suppliers and quality team to ensure a solid manufacturing process 與電子研發(fā)、供應(yīng)商、質(zhì)保團隊緊密合作保證穩(wěn)定的生產(chǎn)過程；
? Documentation of design details
編制設(shè)計過程的具體文件；
? Working closely with suppliers for rapid prototyping of mechanical parts
與供應(yīng)商緊密合作，完成機械零件的原型樣件；
? Supporting of production process.
支持生產(chǎn)過程；
? Customer related communication
與客戶進行業(yè)務(wù)溝通；
? Moderation of D-FMEA and P-FMEA
負(fù)責(zé)D - FMEA和參與P – FMEA
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or plus in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from accredited universities
機械工程專業(yè)的學(xué)士學(xué)位或以上同等認(rèn)可的學(xué)位
? 3 years min. mechanical design/engineering experience, preferable in automotive Industry
三年以上機械設(shè)計經(jīng)驗，汽車行業(yè)優(yōu)先
? Good understanding of packaging (transfer molding and plastic injection processes)
熟悉電子元件的封裝工藝（傳遞模塑和注射模塑）
? Solidworks, AUTOCAD or equivalent computer aided software using skills/experience
精通Solidworks, AutoCAD 或同等CAD 軟件
? Energetic team player with strong interpersonal skills
具有較強的人際交往和團隊協(xié)作能力；
? Business fluent English in both spoken and written language, German language skills optional
流利的商務(wù)英語口語和書面表達能力(或德語）；
? Willingness to travel domestic and international
愿意經(jīng)常國內(nèi)外出差。
