Main aim of job:
Design, realize and set up the whole logistics supply chain processes for projects of the Asia region.
Support logistics modifications in the running productions and continuous improvements.
Job Responsibilities:
· Support the customer teams during the acquisition of the new projects by providing costs for competitive logistics processes.
· Design, budget and plan project logistics concepts, including transport, packaging, custom duties, warehouses, based on customer requirements and existing documents & procedures of the Brose group. Supply chain concept to be set up with the agreement of the customer teams, the central logistics department as well as the plants.
· Provide the logistics costs 1 to 5 based on the decided supply chain concept: procurement logistics costs 1 & 2 in collaboration with the purchase department; production logistics costs 3 & 4 in collaboration with the plants; distribution logistics costs 5 based on the customer requirement
· Hand over the projects to the plant after completion of the project requirements
· Support in planning of strategic deliveries or new production locations in Asia in co-operation with the central departments
· Support in follow up on the impact of changes on the existing supply chains including the development and realization of improved supply chains
· Support in identification and realization of cost savings in logistics in co-operation with the logistics in the plant, in central logistics as well as the customer teams.
· Documentation and maintenance of the experience made in regards of development and realization of logistics processes in Asia. Further development of the logistical standards for Asian locations.
Job Requirements:
－ Bachelor degree or above
－ Major in Logistics, Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration with logistics topic
－5- years experience in the logistics area. Automotive or high serial industry.
－ have skills: PC literacy, EDV (Brose Standard Software); SAP (ERP system); MTM; P-FMEA in supply chain
－ Fluent in English, German knowledge is preferred
－Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent analytical skills; Good level of technical understanding; Autonomie and responsability to meet the targets; Able to set action plans; Abel to negociation with suppliers; Responsability for cost, timing and quality.
