JOB Description:(The position will work for Ensival-Moret (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd;)
I. Manage an team of SQE whose responsaibilities are to :
1. Analyzing quality issues and quickly find solution for repairing or replacing the parts. This includes NC
found in IQC and during machining;
2. Launching and following corrective and preventive actions with the suppliers to prevent from the problem to
reoccur.
3. Carry-out supplier audit (both process audit and fabrication).
II. Other management responsabilities:
1. Manage and set-up SMART objectives for the team.
2. Anticipate the needs in terms of human resources.
3. Organize/provide necessary training for the team.
4. Organize people works: meetings, planning of suppliers visits and audits;
5. Write & validate WPs and procedures. Responsible for ISO 9001 implementation and update inside the SQA department. Prepare and ensure success of external & internal audits
6. Establish, control and follow the budget of the SQA department
7. Establish, control and follow the SQA material budget.
III. Expected working attitude towards OTD: Contribute to that company succeeds in reaching on-time delivery to customer by :
1. Insuring that your job influences as few as possible the delivery time to customer
2. Insuring that all job impacting OTD are controlled in terms of time (including if you are waiting for someone else answer)
3. Raising to your management issues you see that may impact OTD (even if you are not in charge of related issues)
Requirement:
1. University graduate or above, majored in material engineering or mechanical engineering with significant experience in foundry
2. At least 8 years working experiences, rich experience in analysis,problem solving and permanent improvemwnt;
3. Fluent in Chinese and English, writing, reading and eventually speaking;
4. Be honest,dynamic,have good sense of responsibility and synthetically capacity of planning, methodology, analyze and negotiation.
