-Bachelor degree, majored in Physical,Material Chemistry, Mechanical or Electronics;
-At least 3 years work experience in production process and engineering(at leasing 2 years experience in cross link process);
-Experienced in developing process document such as assembly instruction;
-Knowledge on inspecation process for material & cables;
-Knowledge on cable technology;
-Knowlege on polymers,additives and filler material and their processing;
-Knowlege on LF cable;
-Familiar with ERP system;
-Good command of PC skills(MS office and CAD) and Fluent in English.
