1-Duties related with planing
Responsible of the data bases of the ERP (suppliers, customers, routines, BOM, ...)
Make the macro planing of the production and define due dates (delivery dates)
2-Duties related with the realisation of the production plan :
Define needed products and services for production programme and assure their delivery on time in cooperation with supply manager.
Track the WIP along the production process, alert of any delay on the milestones.
Define with related departments the needed action plans
Supervise the warehouse keeper and the shipment
Prepare and conduct logistics and production meetings
3-Duties related with control, reporting and continuous improvement :
Prepare weekly, monthly and annual repports (DOT, capacity utilisation, WIP, inventories)
Analysis regularly the flow of information and products
Propose and pilote action plans to reduce costs, WIP, inventories and lead time.
Position Requirement:
-Bachelor level or above, preferred major in logistics or production management
-Experience of ERP systems, MOVEX and or QAD will be a plus. Experience in production by batch or non continuous processes.
-Extensive knowledge or proactive with the MS Office tools
-At least two years experience in the position.
-Master English in oral & written (CT4 or above).
