主要工作職責(zé)：
Main responsibilities
--Establish TS****** for the filtration plant with an external support from consulting firm；
在外部咨詢公司的幫助下，為濾紙工廠建立TS******標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系；
--Introduce and establishment of Lean Manufacturing and 6 Sigma ；
引進(jìn)并建立精益生產(chǎn)和6西格瑪；
--And establishment and maintenance of other quality and manufacturing systems in Binzhou plant；
在濱州工廠建立和維護(hù)其它質(zhì)量管理體系；
--KPI monitoring and evaluation；
KPI的監(jiān)測和評估；
--Identify training need and train employees for solid pillar and team activities
通過員工培訓(xùn)需求，打造高效、合作的團(tuán)隊；
--Coordinate surveillance audits of the systems in place
協(xié)調(diào)和監(jiān)督系統(tǒng)平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行；
--Train employees of the system tools such as CP, PPAP, FMEA, APQP, MSA and continuous improvement；
對員工進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)工具，如CP,PPAP,FMEA,APQP,MSA等以及持續(xù)改善的培訓(xùn)；
--Establish the infrastructure for team support; meeting rooms, data collecting, analyzing and sharing, etc.
為團(tuán)隊活動提供支持，如會議預(yù)定，數(shù)據(jù)收集，數(shù)據(jù)分析及共享等；
--Complete regular reports of progress of Continuous Improvement on the site；
日常持續(xù)改進(jìn)工作的總結(jié)匯報；
--Perform other related projects and duties as required by management
其它相關(guān)項目及管理工作。
任職資格：
Qualifications
--Bachelor’s degree of Science of Engineering is required；
具有科學(xué)工程學(xué)士學(xué)位；
--Three to five years of experience in the ISO/TS certified manufacturing industry is required；
3-5年生產(chǎn)制造行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗；
--Good English communication in verbal and written form is required；
能夠用英語進(jìn)行書面及口頭交流；
--Experience and knowledge of system work such as QMS, Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma and TPS is required;
熟悉QSM、精益生產(chǎn)、6西格瑪和TPS，并具有相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗；
--Good computer skill such as MS-office and Statistics software is required;
能夠熟練應(yīng)用辦公軟件；
