Responsibilities:
-Continuous improvement standardized work and processes持續(xù)改進標準化作業(yè)及流程
-Study the product cycle time and line balance improvement , UPH improvement ,increase the production efficiency continually and implement Lean-production測定產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)節(jié)拍；進行線平衡改善；單位小時產(chǎn)出改善 ；不斷提高生產(chǎn)效率，推進精益生產(chǎn)
-Actively promote to SMED improvement積極推動快速換線的改善
-To take charge of plant layout optimization ，according to the research of material path, it proposes method to improve the material flow and eliminate the waiting waste due to path cross負責工廠layout 的優(yōu)化，根據(jù)分析物料流動的路線研究，改善工廠的物流路線，消除物料路線交叉造成的等待。
-Through ergonomics optimization each work station layout, improve space utilization rate.通過人因工程對各工位的layout進行優(yōu)化(包括物料的放置 作業(yè)員拿取料是否方便)，提高空間利用率
-Evaluate production operation manpower demand &production line and machine capacity生產(chǎn)人力需求評估&生產(chǎn)線和設備的產(chǎn)能評估
-Training the production staff about IE basic concept and improve method, and promote production employees involved in the improvement培訓生產(chǎn)員工基本的IE概念及改善方法，并推動生產(chǎn)員工參與改善
-Evaluation Production consumable material demand amount, formulate standard usage for
facilitate production control評估生產(chǎn)消耗性物料的需求用量， 制定標準用量便于生產(chǎn)進行控制，
-Take part in VA/VE meeting, proposes the rationalization of the implementation of the scheme, reduce material cost參加VA/VE會議，提出可實施的合理化方案，降低物料的使用成本
-Champion all the manufacturing cost down activities, including labor reduction and quality issues.協(xié)助所有的制造成本降低活動，包括降低勞動力和質量問題
-Improve first time through capability of the manufacturing process.改善制造過程的一次通過率
Skill Requirements:
-Fluent in written English and spoken English英語書寫聽說流暢
-Experience related to automotive field is preferable有汽車行業(yè)的相關經(jīng)驗
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.良好的交流溝通技巧
-Must be have IE implement promotion experience at least 3 years ,Famila with lean production and the operation procedure of the manufacturing industry,至少有三年以上IE實施推廣經(jīng)驗，熟悉精益生產(chǎn)和制造業(yè)的運作流程
-Skillfully use IE techniques and the improvement tools for line balance ,production efficiency and quality issues improvement,熟練運用IE手法及各改善工具進行線平衡生產(chǎn)效率及質量問題改善，
-Able to use the man-machine engineering on each work station of research and analysis, so as to reduce labor intensity, improve the utilization rate of the operator能夠利用人機工程對各工位進行研究分析，從而降低工人勞動強度，提高作業(yè)員的利用率
-Skilled in Auto CAD software planning production line layout能夠熟練運用Auto CAD規(guī)劃生產(chǎn)
