Responsibility:
1 Responsible for complete new suspension seat design according to customer RFQ and specification（根據(jù)客戶報價要求和產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范，主導(dǎo)減震座椅產(chǎn)品全新開發(fā)或者選型）
2 Responsible for coordination inside engineering department with design, prototype, testing function and report to the Product Engineering Manager（對工程節(jié)點負責(zé)，工程內(nèi)部協(xié)調(diào)設(shè)計、試制、實驗，匯報給產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理）
3 Product Legislation comply with FMVSS,ECE,GB.（滿足符合美標(biāo)，歐標(biāo)，國標(biāo)的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計）
4 Responsible for material selection（負責(zé)產(chǎn)品材料選�。�
5 Tolerance stack calculations and DFMEA（累積公差計算和設(shè)計失效性分析）
6 Support Project Manager to have presentation with customer and support development project from concept to Manufacture phases（支持項目經(jīng)理完成客戶方面技術(shù)規(guī)范討論，支持開發(fā)項目從概念到投產(chǎn)）
7 Lead Product development gate review（負責(zé)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)節(jié)點評審）
Requirements:
1 University Degree or above, majored in Mechanical engineering or automotive engineering(機械工程或車輛工程本科畢業(yè))
2 Bachelor’s degree qualified with minimum 3 years work experience，seating or suspension experiences is highly preferred，have experience of new product design（本科畢業(yè)五年以上工作經(jīng)驗,汽車座椅或者減震器產(chǎn)品熟悉者尤佳，有正向產(chǎn)品開發(fā)經(jīng)驗）
3 Be able to use English to communicate technical specification in global conference call with customer（能使用英語召開電話會議，完成技術(shù)討論）
4 Knowledge of stamping process and injection process（熟悉沖壓件工藝和注塑件工藝）
5 Knowledge of APQP and ECN process（熟悉APQP流程和工程更改發(fā)布流程）
6 DFMEA skill usage（有設(shè)計失效性模式分析經(jīng)驗）
7 Work independently, solving the problem in urgent issue.（能獨立完成工作，解決緊急問題）
8 Strong communication and coordination skills.（良好的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力）
9 Honest and sense of responsibility, good team work sprit. （良好的責(zé)任意識和團隊合作精神）
Experience using Catia V5 R20 is preferred（會使用CATIA軟件者尤佳）
