崗位職責(zé)：
1.在項目中擔(dān)任團(tuán)隊領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，項目經(jīng)理或主要設(shè)計師；
2.獨立完成大中型公建項目及居住區(qū)級住宅項目方案創(chuàng)作；
3.帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊完成項目方案報建，方案深化，施工圖配合及工地現(xiàn)場跟進(jìn)，保障建筑完成度；
4.協(xié)調(diào)項目資金控制，進(jìn)度安排及團(tuán)隊成員配置，并能夠在公司項目運營管理中提出決策性建議；
5.獨立完成與甲方的溝通、匯報和協(xié)調(diào)工作。
任職資格：
1.建筑學(xué)專業(yè)畢業(yè)，十年以上建筑設(shè)計工作經(jīng)歷；
2.在各大設(shè)計院中擔(dān)任相關(guān)職務(wù)三年以上；
3.掌握項目運作流程，掌握相關(guān)的建筑規(guī)范和設(shè)計流程；
4.工程經(jīng)驗豐富，思維縝密，具有豐富的技術(shù)審核與技術(shù)管理經(jīng)驗；
5.有良好的表達(dá)、溝通、協(xié)調(diào)能力，認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)；
6.具有較強的項目整體運作控制能力和團(tuán)隊管理能力，具有良好的團(tuán)隊合作精神；
7.對建筑藝術(shù)有執(zhí)著的追求，有創(chuàng)新意識，具有良好的設(shè)計理念，極富活力；
8.一級注冊建筑師優(yōu)先。
Job Responsibilities:
1. Play a key role in projects, as a team leader, a project manager or a chief architect.
2. Independently complete schematic design of large and medium scale public construction project and residential area project.
3. Lead the team to complete the tasks of application for construction, concept development. Coordinate with construction filed, to guarantee the competition of construction.
4. Responsible for project schedule and staff management, coordination with project financial management, and contribute to the development and improvement of working strategies for operation management.
5. Independently communicate, report and coordinate with the clients
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Architecture, at least ten years working experience.
2. More than three years working experience of relevant position in a large design institute.
3. Grasp of project operation procedure, grasp of relevant architectural standards and design procedure.
4. Rich working experience, thinking clearly and sensibly, with professional reviewing and management experience.
5. Excellent abilities of expression, communication and coordination, rigorous attention and strong sense of responsibility.
6. Strong abilities of project management and team management, good team working spirit.
7. Consist in pursuing the art of architecture, innovative, energy and have a good sense of design concept.
8. National Class I registered architect is a plus
