崗位職責：
1. 獨立完成中型公建項目及居住區(qū)級住宅項目方案創(chuàng)作；
2. 項目招投標配合、方案報建及方案深化；
3. 帶領(lǐng)團隊完成項目的建筑設(shè)計工作任務(wù)，施工圖配合及工地現(xiàn)場跟進；
4. 獨立完成與甲方的溝通、匯報和協(xié)調(diào)工作。
任職資格：
1. 建筑學(xué)專業(yè)畢業(yè)，五年以上建筑設(shè)計工作經(jīng)歷；
2. 熟悉掌握項目運作流程；
3. 熟悉相關(guān)的建筑規(guī)范和設(shè)計流程；
4. 有良好的表達、溝通、協(xié)調(diào)能力，認真負責；
5. 具有一定的項目管理能力和團隊管理能力，具有良好的團隊合作精神；
6. 對建筑藝術(shù)有執(zhí)著的追求，有創(chuàng)新意識，具有良好的設(shè)計理念，極富活力。
Job Responsibilities:
1. Independently complete schematic design of medium scale public construction project and residential area project.
2. Complete the application for construction and concept development, cooperate in project bidding.
3. Lead the team to complete tasks of schematic design and coordinate with construction field.
4. Independently communicate, report and coordinate with the client
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in architecture, at least five years working experience.
2. Familiar with project operation procedure.
3. Familiar with relevant architectural standards and design procedure.
4. Excellent abilities of expression, communication and coordination, rigorous attention and strong sense of responsibility.
5. Abilities of project management and team management, good team working spirit.
6. Consist in pursuing the art of architecture, innovative, energy and have a good sense of design concept.
