JOB FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES 工作職責(zé)
1.Design new reference/tooling and follow up the all prototype process 設(shè)計新工具和跟蹤所有的標準工藝。
2.Follow up the toolings’ condition, maintain well in time and make proposal for fateful modify and update related drawings 跟蹤所有的工具情況，并及時維護好，做好修改及更新相關(guān)圖紙。
3.Communicate with subcontract to discuss the technical problem to ensure the delivery time and good condition of tooings. 與承包商溝通討論技術(shù)問題并保證正常交付時間和工具狀態(tài)良好。
4.Daily follow up the casting quality condition and hold the rejects analysis for responsible reference 每日跟蹤鑄造質(zhì)量情況和關(guān)注廢品分析。
5.To continue improve the process to reduce the rejects, increase the casting yield, reduce the material consumption and save the cost and timely update the process parameter 繼續(xù)改善工藝減少廢品率，增加鑄造產(chǎn)量，減少原料消耗和降低成本和及時更新工藝參數(shù)。
6.Follow up or audit or guide the site operations and communicate with them to find out the better method or tooling, and feedback the finding, and establish or update related documents or drawings 跟蹤審核或指導(dǎo)現(xiàn)場 操作和溝通找出更好的方法或工具，反饋問題建立或更新相關(guān)的文件或圖紙。
7.Follow up the sand plant, compare the relationship between the casting quality and the sand property. Monthly report the analysis result includes the data of RTC and lab. Timely update the specification of Mouldmaster and sand plant. 跟蹤砂廠，對比相關(guān)鑄造質(zhì)量和砂的性能，每月匯報分析結(jié)果包括RTC和實驗數(shù)據(jù)，及時更新造型和型砂的規(guī)格。
8.Monthly share and train related person for process improvement 每月分享和培訓(xùn)相關(guān)人員關(guān)于工藝改善。
JOBQUALIFICATIONS
1.University education in Foundry. 鑄造專業(yè)本科學(xué)歷。
2.Office and CAD software. 3D design and solidification simulation is better 熟悉辦公軟件及CAD，及3D設(shè)計
3.Over 5 years of working experience in Foundry(ductile iron and green sand) 5年以上鑄造工作經(jīng)驗
4.Good communication skill. 很好的溝通能力。
5.Good capability of planning, team work and study. 很好的計劃能力及團隊合作，學(xué)習(xí)精神。
6.Good knowledge in product standard, casting process and quality system.較好的生產(chǎn)標準知識，澆注工藝和質(zhì)量體系。
