Requirements:
1) Ability to work with and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels
2) English skills
3) Bachelor degree
4) Steel/glass/aluminum Industry work experience, either or combination of all. 3 - 5 years
a) Maintenance
b) Engineering
c) Production
d) Fluid power sales to steel/glass/aluminum industry
5) Ability to travel throughout China regularly.

Job Description:
1) Closely define the steel/glass/aluminum industry in China:
a) Producing mills/plants, locations, size, products, contacts
b) OEM, foriegn & domestic, locations, size, equipment produced, contacts
2) Closely follow changes in the steel/glass/aluminum industry, new mills/plants/greenfield, upgrades, repair shutdowns
3) Establish and execute a plan for customer visits, a goal is that every plant/OEM is visited at least one time.
4) Regular communication, monthly, with GIM (global Industry manager)
5) With General Manager and GIM define & create annual sales forecast and budget. Define & execute a strategy to reach that forecast.
