ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE JOB 工作職責
Responsible for managing On-Site quality issues, manage this quality indicator of the process;
負責生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場質(zhì)量問題的管理，作為此質(zhì)量指標的管理者。
?Promptly solving quality problems arising on the assembly line;
及時處理生產(chǎn)線發(fā)生質(zhì)量問題
?Identifying quality risks and potential hazards and taking charge of corrective measures
質(zhì)量風險和隱患識別，并主導(dǎo)改進措施
?Edit Quality procedure and some TS documents;
編制質(zhì)量程序及相關(guān)TS文件
?Analyzing data with quality tools and submit to related department;
使用質(zhì)量工具進行數(shù)據(jù)分析，及時發(fā)布至相關(guān)部門。
?Use 8D methodology to solve quality problems;
使用8D的工作方法解決質(zhì)量問題。
?Update TOP issue every week/month, break down the issues to responsible departments and push for solving issue.
每月、周更新TOP問題，進行責任分解并推動解決
?Attend related review for operation activities, audit each activity comply with TS and risk control requirements
參與生產(chǎn)活動中的相關(guān)評審，監(jiān)督各項活動符合體系及風險控制的要求。
?Other authorize or assignments from Superior leaders.
負責處理上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)授權(quán)與交辦的其它事務(wù)
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED 任職能力要求
Must 必備.
?Fluent in Mandarin and excellent English reading and writing;
普通話流利，英語讀寫熟練
?Familiar with common computer applications.
熟悉日常電腦應(yīng)用軟件
?Spontaneous in work

?Engineering education background with a bachelor’s degree or above;

?Skill in quality tools.
精通質(zhì)量工具
?Over 5 years’ work experience and at least 1 years’ experience in Quality of diesel engine area;
5年以上工作經(jīng)驗，至少1年柴油機質(zhì)量經(jīng)驗。
Preferred 優(yōu)先
?Applicants with experience of writing quality management programs would receive preference.
從事質(zhì)量管理程序編寫的經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先
?At least 3 years’ work experience in auto industry, especially in diesel engine area;
3年以上汽車行業(yè)質(zhì)量工作經(jīng)驗，柴油發(fā)動機行業(yè)優(yōu)先
?Familiar with program management.
熟悉項目管理
?Over 1 years’ engine disassembly experience.
1年以上拆解機經(jīng)驗
