Job description:
-Observation and monitoring of competitive IP, independent search in Chinese and Asian IP literature and translate these specifications into English or German,
-Observation and monitoring of the status in law of these IP Independent prosecution (detectives, notaries), close cooperation to our Patent- and Law attorneys in China,
-Controlling our own Chinese IP of infringement
-Visitation of fairs in the fields of automation and report the IP relevant issues such as patent and trademark to HQ responsible department,
-Generate statistical analyses of the competitive IP in Asia, especially Greater China,
-Assistance of all Festo China companies in IP-proceedings,
-Identifications and estimation from product developments, derivation of claims of Patent-, Utility- and Design applications in -cooperation with Festo Greater China companies and our Patent- and Law attorneys in China and the IP department of the Headquarter,
-Setting the IP-Portfolio in Asia, especially Greater China, especially in patents, trademarks and Design patents,
-Expert advice and service for Festo China companies in own IP and competitive IP,
-Hold in-house trainings in IP and IP-law
-Support of the IP strategy in close coordination with all Festo China companies and the IP-department of the Headquarter,
Participation in contract design in IP and Law in Asia, especially in Great China,
-Managing licence contracts and IP-Buy negotiations for foreign IP,
Postion requirements:
-Experience in search and investigation in databases for the intellectual property,
-Experience in the field of plagiat (fake) recognition and prosecution,
-Native speaker of Chinese, English and preferably German in writing and speaking is desirable,
-Work experience more than 5 years.
