Deputy Site Manager,Xi'an 副廠長(zhǎng)(西安)
崗位職責(zé)： Assist Site Manager in effectively deploys and leads plant resources to ensure a safe, quality product and to achieve targeted supply reliability, budget, productivity and efficiency. Meet relevant key performance indicators, performance indicators, comply with contracture requirements and on-stream guarantees. Act as Site Manager during his absence from site. As key contact window with customer, interface, communicate and coordinate with customers in all operational matters, customers’ requests, any scheduled / un-scheduled outages / supply changes / product quality, etc. Interface with required resources to drive toward timely, effective and smooth implementation of any changes, follow-up to any requests and execution of any actions to resolve issues. Have responsibility to acquire all the necessary Permits and License from Operation side, work close with EPO and GR, lead to develop related documents for application permits and license; trace all the necessary permits and license status, ensure all the permits and license are valid and not overdue. As site production quality officer, implement quality management system, work close with QA department and build up ISO system at plant, periodically audit plant production data, find the gaps and take action to improve production quality following up ISO policy. Interface with support resources (i.e. PPE, GSS, E&M and Supply Chain) in driving plant operations efficiency, productivity and meeting customers’ expectations. Keep abreast with latest technological developments in operations and applications of industrial gaseous. Assist the Site Manager to supervise, train, motivate plant personnel on proper plant operations including familiarity in customer’s culture and expectations. Manage all the contractors activities who work at site, ensue all the contractors following up AP BSP policy; termly audit contractor BSP book and activities, find the gaps and take action to improve contractors management. Other duties as assigned
任職要求：Bachelor degree in Chemical, Mechanical or other appreciated engineering.More than 8 years working experience in plant operations with experience in gas, petrochemical, semiconductor or related industries.Wide technical knowledge in ASU operations and engineering, Hands of experience in operations and maintenance and thorough troubleshooting on equipment installed in the facility.Preferably in 5 years in supervisory and site management role with extensive coordinating experience in a cross functional teams environment.Strong leadership, interpersonal, communications skills and customer focus. Ability to handle level communication with customer and flexibility to manage complex issues and changes.Skills to hire, supervise, train, evaluate and develop people resources.Fluent oral English and good written English.
