Job responsibility:
Responsible for growth and
new customer acquisition in the MicroBulk and small bulk business. These people
will be responsible for actively making sales calls, promoting CryoEase business
model as a more economical, safer and more convenient mode of supply to existing
cylinders/dewar customers, and secure sales contracts in a fast, effective and
disciplined manner.
DIMENSIONS:
China Packaged Gas market
(ex hardgoods, helium and electronics specialty gases) is a $700MM business with
amenable target for conversion to MicroBulk supply estimated at $200MM. Our
intent is to develop a $60 million to $80 million business over the next 5 years
in this conversion market segment. The business plan calls for expansion to 10
hubs throughout China with a dedicated and focused sales force of up to 40
people with dedicated sales management. We will deploy specialized equipment and
resources developed exclusively for this market segment.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
This position is accountable for the following end
results:
Work safely everyday and
safeguard Air Products property within established proceduresMeet or exceed assigned
revenue and profit targets Execute on new account
initiation according to the set targetsMaintain daily call ratio
at or above 5 per dayUpdate and stay active in
CRM tool on daily basisKeep a good team work

QUALIFICATIONS
Entry level position with
minimum 2 years sales experience4 year degree from
accredited university preferred, 2 year associates degree or tech school
graduate acceptableTechnical and application
background on welding, analyzer application, or sales experience in industrial
gas industry, is preferredCompetent computer skills
in Microsoft office and emailsAbility to make 5-8 sales
calls per day in a fast paced environmentAbility to work
independently with excellent communication skillsDriving skill is
mandatory
