一、工作職責(zé)Duties1.核對、記錄當(dāng)班員工的出勤情況。

2.接受生產(chǎn)任務(wù)，并加以實(shí)施完成。

3.布置班組的生產(chǎn)并及時掌握進(jìn)度，協(xié)調(diào)好上、下道工序生產(chǎn)。
Arrange the production and command the schedule, assort with previous and next work procedure.
4.督導(dǎo)操作工按工藝操作，督促Q(mào)C執(zhí)行巡檢，并確保產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量達(dá)水平。
Direct the operators work according SOP, supervise and urge QC to do in-process inspection and ensure the quality.
5.監(jiān)督本班人員遵守勞動紀(jì)律，貫徹執(zhí)行安全生產(chǎn)。
Supervise the whole team obey the disciplines, carry out safety production.
6.布置員工完成生產(chǎn)場地的“6S”工作。
Disposal operators do 6S.
7.填報當(dāng)班的生產(chǎn)日報表。
Fill in production report of her shift.
8.記錄交接班記錄，做好交接班工作。
Record hand over and take over shift note.
9.對新進(jìn)員工進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)和培訓(xùn)。并及時調(diào)整班內(nèi)人員，確保生產(chǎn)正常。
Train and direct new operator; adjust the operators in order to ensure normal production.
10.完成對員工考勤、考評的匯總工作。
Make evaluation of operators.二、任職資格Requirements:
1.學(xué)歷Degree:高中（中專）
senior high school(technical secondary school)
2.至少一年班長工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
more than 1 year experience of teamleader,
3.所需技能Skills:具有組織、完成產(chǎn)質(zhì)量任務(wù)的能力。
Have the ability of organizing and finishing the task of output and quality.
4.具有較強(qiáng)的協(xié)調(diào)、溝通能力
have a better ability of harmony and communication
5.汽車零部件和電子行業(yè)優(yōu)先
