Responsibilities: 1、Lead mechanical engineering team for assigned projects and collaborate with the overseas customers, tooling suppliers to implement and deliver a mature mechanical design. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團隊與國外客戶、各類機械類物料供應(yīng)商、模廠等各方通力合作，對所跟進的產(chǎn)品提供快速、高質(zhì)、成熟、適于批量生產(chǎn)的機械設(shè)計； 2、Responsible for all engineering documentation and liaison of design files and requirements for prototype making, tooling, quotations and production. 跟催、組織 “prototype,tooling,quotaiton,production”等階段所有工程文件制作及修繕。 3、Survey latest technology to improve competence level and knowledge within R&D. 緊盯當前科技動態(tài)并力促本部門技術(shù)水平適應(yīng)時代要求。 4、Acquire new technology and process to achieve high level of technical competence. 努力吸收新知識、新工藝以達到更高創(chuàng)新能力； Requirements: 1、Degree in Engineering preferable 有工程背景者佳 2、Over 5 years experience on product development including theory, design, process and manufacturing of at least one of following applications: 五年以上產(chǎn)品設(shè)計、生產(chǎn)工藝和制作研發(fā)經(jīng)驗，且最少下面一種工種范圍 3、Fluids mechanics with pump and compressor帶有泵、壓縮機等的針對液體的器具、設(shè)備 Heating device with thermo control and heat sink帶有熱控制、散熱裝置的加熱設(shè)備 Motion device with gear chain and motor 帶有齒輪、馬達傳動機構(gòu)的設(shè)備 Lighting product with optical lens, reflector, diffuser, 帶有光學(xué)鏡片、反光、散射等功能的光學(xué)產(chǎn)品 Water resistant or air-tight device 氣密、水密功能的產(chǎn)品 4、Must be fluent in both written and spoken in English 必須具有流利說、寫英文的能力
