Job Requirements:
1.College degree, major in mechanical or engineering sectors;
2.Good in English communication, computer skills, quality tool, TS****** System;
3.Strong negotiation skills and organizational skills;
4.5 years working in quality/manufacturing section, 3 years in automotive industry;
5.Be familiar with manufacturing processes such as casting, machining, stamping, plastic molding, powder metal, ball bearing, plating, heat treatment, etc...
Main Responsibility:
1.Resolving supplier quality issues and develop supplier’s capability;
2.Perform process auditing in supplier facility.
Daily Duties:
1.Follow up suppliers open issue list timely.
2.Conduct supplier survey based on Litens PSO/VDA audit process.
3.Provide technical support for new product introduction into suppliers.
4.Work with supplier to improve their performance on quality and delivery.
