Tasks & Responsibilities
- responsible for the financial and administrative functions of the company including
o financial accounting & management accounting
o human resource administration
o IT administration
o office administration
- accounting, controlling, asset management, financing, liquidity planning, tax management, insurance, and the internal control system according to the Group GAAP and the local GAAP and legislation
- ensure monthly internal reporting according to Group GAAP in time and quality
- ensure filing of tax documents in time at the local authorities
- ensure the financial planning (budget, forecast, mid-term plan) according to Group requirements in time and quality
- implementation of internal directives to ensure reporting according to Group GAAP
- continuous analysis of performance, making recommendations for improvements
- support for managing director in continuously in increasing productivity
- making sure that documentation and reporting are maintained and conducted in compliance with local law
- timely coordination of work of external auditors on site
- liaise with external financial stakeholders such as auditors, bankers, tax authorities, etc.
- participation in the yearly Group Controller Meeting
Required Skills & Experience
MUST:
- professional in financial management (university degree or equal) able to cover the tasks and responsibilities
- at least 5 years experience in overall financial management of a company, preferably active in industry with own purchase, production and sales
- Chinese nationality
- fluent in written and oral English
- ready to take a long term perspective in the company (＞5 years)
- open to understand cultural differences and to adopt behavior
- highest level of integrity, trustworthy, reliable
- honest, correct, diligent, faithful
- leader & team player
