Responsibilities:
1.Optical process NPI leader in Shenzhen, lead the communication with R&D in Shenzhen & France to map process activities.
2.Lead the process document compiling such FC,CP,FMEA,WI, PQ, PV.
3.Process management, Continuous improvement to robust processes.
4.Regular confcall with France R&D for process (activities) performance review.
5.Others assigned
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor or above, at least 5 years working experience, familiar with general quality tools.
2.Knowledge to review the engineer DWGs, familiar at least one of following processes transfer molding, die-attach, wire-bond, gel-fill, optical test.
3.Good writing and oral English,
4.Technical experience within automotive industry will be a plus.
