Communicate with customer/SDT to sets up goal for responsible products including timing/ delivery and requirement

Plans engineer resources / timing and cost for projects and execute the project

Leads JCI engineer process/tools in project (PLUS, BEP, BBP, xSO, DFC, etc.)
Clarifies customer requirement in responsible product
Engineering benchmarking
Transfers customer / SDT requirement to design/development target
Defines components requirement (material, dimension, performance, appearance)
Identifies engineer requirement to sub-supplier
Corporates other tire I supplier on engineer issue
Parts supplier capability assessment
Technical window person for customer / supplier technical issues/ proposal
Approves supplier sample delivery,( Off tool sample approve )
Supports product verification activity internally and externally
Project engineer issues tracking and solving
Draws up ECR and tracking execute after ECO
Controlls project budget within PD2
Draws up PD3 if necessary

批準(zhǔn)供應(yīng)商樣品交付（核發(fā)工具樣品批準(zhǔn)）
支持內(nèi)部和外部的產(chǎn)品驗(yàn)證活動(dòng)
項(xiàng)目工程問題的跟蹤和解決
制訂ECR并在ECO后跟蹤執(zhí)行情況
在PD2范圍內(nèi)控制項(xiàng)目預(yù)算
如有必要，制訂PD3

Solve technical issues 解決技術(shù)問題
Initiates resolution of key technical issues
提出關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問題的解決方案

External communication外部交流
Communicates with OEM customers and suppliers
Communicates with SDT team update engineer status in project, getting necessary support from SDT
與OEM客戶和供應(yīng)商保持聯(lián)系
向SDT團(tuán)隊(duì)通報(bào)項(xiàng)目工程狀態(tài)，從SDT獲得必要支持

Assists in setting the design plan, controls the minimum cost while maintain product’s quality and appearance

Competency Requirements
任職要求

1. Bachelor degree or above with major in Engineering or Technical field 本科或以上學(xué)歷，工程或技術(shù)專業(yè)

2. 3-4 years work experience in Engineering related function 3-4年工程相關(guān)部門工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)

3. Material & Product process knowledge 物料 / 產(chǎn)品流程知識(shí)

4. Project Management 項(xiàng)目管理
