Job Summary工作概述:
Responsible for GC workshop production management and GC new projects management, lead production team and project team in achieving KPIs and targets including delivery ,quality and safety etc. Additionally this position will provide leadership to meet customers’ requirements by taking quick response and appropriate actions as well as motivating team members.

Education and Experience學(xué)歷和經(jīng)驗
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or related.本科或者同等學(xué)歷
2. 5+ years of senior supervisor/ managerial experience in production equivalent 5年以上資深生產(chǎn)主管/經(jīng)理管理經(jīng)驗
3. Previous project management experience required, PMP/GB/BB Certificate preferred. 之前有過項目管理經(jīng)驗，有 PMP項目/綠帶/黑帶認(rèn)證優(yōu)先
4. Prefer to have JV or Western company working experience.有合資或者歐美企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先
5. Excellence communication and execution ability.優(yōu)秀的溝通和執(zhí)行能力
Knowledge and skills經(jīng)驗和技能
1. Knowledge of MRP/ERP requirements and order processing logics. 熟悉MRP/ERP要求和訂單過程生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)
2. Knowledge of concept about production planning, scheduling, quality ,inventory control and lean principles理解生產(chǎn)計劃，質(zhì)量和庫存控制以及精益原則
3. Firmly lead lean manufacturing projects and cross department communication.堅持主導(dǎo)精益生產(chǎn)項目和跨部門溝通
4. Familiar with assembly and testing process, comprehensive skills on project management and NPI.熟悉裝配測試工藝，全面的項目管理和新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入技能

1. Provide leadership, direction and management on production functions and NPI project implementation 對生產(chǎn)管理和新產(chǎn)品項目實施提供正確的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力和管理方向
2. Develop, deploy annual plan based on business strategy and customer requirement, which includes but not limited to capacity plan, human resource organizational capability plan, investment plan.基于業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略和客戶要求制定和部署年度計劃，包含但不限于產(chǎn)能計劃，人力資源組織能力計劃，投資計劃等
3. Coordinate with parallel departments and peers to meet production and project requirements including but not limited to on-time delivery ,productivity, asset utilization, facilities control, layout optimization, labor utilization work standards and administration, lean projects completion and NPI projects finalization.協(xié)調(diào)其他部門和同事滿足生產(chǎn)和項目要求，包含但是不限于準(zhǔn)時交付，生產(chǎn)率，資產(chǎn)利用，設(shè)施控制，布局優(yōu)化，人員利用，工作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和行政管理，精益項目和新產(chǎn)品項目完成。
4. Assess, maintain, implement, control and audit corrective actions plan and remove deviations from day to day.審查，維護，實施，控制并審核糾正行動計劃并每天處理出現(xiàn)的偏差。
5. Drive internal/external customer satisfaction with peers thru continuous improvement activities.同其他同事一起通過持續(xù)改善推動內(nèi)部/外部客戶滿意
6. Other task assignments by management team.其他管理層分配的任務(wù)
Travel 出差
