Responsibility 職責(zé) 1 Manufacture feasibility evaluation, Manufacture capacity and technical capacity analysis 新項(xiàng)目和轉(zhuǎn)移項(xiàng)目的制造可行性評(píng)估及生產(chǎn)能力和技術(shù)能力的研究工作 2 Attend technical meetings held at the customer’s site and support the projects goals given by the customer and BOS 參加客戶方舉辦的技術(shù)會(huì)議并支持客戶及寶適給出的項(xiàng)目目標(biāo) 3 Create and update ME schedule according project master schedule 根據(jù)項(xiàng)目主計(jì)劃，制訂、更新新項(xiàng)目和轉(zhuǎn)移項(xiàng)目ME分計(jì)劃 4 Create production layout 制訂生產(chǎn)布局圖 5 Create and apply equipment, tooling and workstation budget, Create RFO for them 制訂設(shè)備、工裝、工位器具的預(yù)算并申請(qǐng)相關(guān)經(jīng)費(fèi) 和采購(gòu)要求 6 Create tooling and workstation drawing if required 如需要，準(zhǔn)備工裝和工位器具的圖紙 7 Searching and determine equipment, tooling and workstation suppliers 尋找并確定設(shè)備、工裝、工位器具的供應(yīng)商并跟蹤制造進(jìn)度和制造質(zhì)量 8 New equipment and tooling installation, trail and qualify 新設(shè)備和新工裝的安裝、調(diào)試和驗(yàn)收 9 Study and carry out BOS and customer related drawing, engineering specifications, quality requirements and engineering changes 研究并執(zhí)行寶適內(nèi)部和客戶提供的相關(guān)圖紙、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、質(zhì)量要求和工程變更 10 Attend internal P- FMEA core team or D-FMEA team if possible 參加內(nèi)部P－FMEA小組，如可能也要參加D-FMEA小組 11 Create work / rework instruction, create control plan and inspection instruction if required 制訂工作/返工指導(dǎo)，如需要協(xié)助制訂質(zhì)量控制計(jì)劃和檢驗(yàn)指導(dǎo) 12 Create and update the Production BOM before SOP 制訂并更新量產(chǎn)前的生產(chǎn)物料清單 13 Create production process 制訂生產(chǎn)流程 14 Create and trail ramp up plan 制訂并跟蹤產(chǎn)量爬坡計(jì)劃 15 Production organizing and preparing before SOP 量產(chǎn)前的生產(chǎn)組織和準(zhǔn)備 16 Trail mass production till 3 months after SOP 跟蹤量產(chǎn)情況，直到SOP后3個(gè)月 Requirement 要求 1. Above bachelor degree, major in eninery or related field 本科以上學(xué)歷, 機(jī)械類相關(guān)專業(yè) 2. Experience in Automotive industry at least 3 years. Familiar with engineering technology, product development process 至少3年以上汽車行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn), 熟悉工程技術(shù), 產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)流程 3. Strong communication skill both in English and Chinese 很強(qiáng)的中文及英文的溝通能力 4 Strong confidential sense and can resolve complex problems neatly 較強(qiáng)的保密意識(shí), 能靈活地處理復(fù)雜的問(wèn)題 Working Place: Taicang, Jiangsu 工作地點(diǎn): 江蘇太倉(cāng)
