Responsibilities:
? Operations Manager with broad variety of management tasks
擔任運營經理，負責各項管理職責
? Lead management responsibility for new nursery under General Managers direction:
在總經理指導下，負責新培育基地的管理職責
o Government relations at new nursery location 新培育基地的政府關系
o Hiring/firing of workers/staff 招聘/解聘員工/工人
o Training of employees 員工培訓
o Oversee spend/budget for new nursery 負責新培育基地的支出/預算
? Ensures that the responsibilities of all direct subordinates are defined and understood through production staff
明確所有直接下屬和生產員工的職責要求
? Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
執(zhí)行所有指定的管理職責和其他職責
? Professionalism – maintains company’s excellent image and reputation
維護公司良好的形象和聲譽
