Job Description:
1.Interface between AKTC and AK global to launch/transfer the new project.
2.Work as project leader, perform program management for all new projects of AKTC; plan, organize and coordinate all the project activities, ensure a smooth SOP.
3.Hold the program meeting with the team of sales, production, engineering, quality, logistic and purchasing, track open issues.
4.Perform the coordination and track of APQP, product and process development, PV and DV test, OTS & ISIR submission, PPAP.
5.Interface between AKTC and the customers, coordinate all the program issues between AKTC and the customers, visit customer when necessary.
6.Coordinate the preparation of customer audit/visit at AKTC.
Qualification:
1.College degree or above, major in mechanics or related.
2.Above 3 years’ experience of program management/coordination in automotive industry.
3.Good at communication, good at work planning and fulfillment control.
4.Problem solved ability.
5.Good skill of organizing and teamwork spirit.
6.Familiar APQP and other tools of project development.
7.Know well of GM project management process.
8.Fluent in English both writing and spoken.
9.Computer skills e.g. MS-office, AutoCAD, MS Project preferred.
