概述：Overview負(fù)責(zé)新項目小組成立，帶領(lǐng)項目組成員以項目的時間、成本、質(zhì)量以及客戶需求為中心，開展相關(guān)活動并保證目標(biāo)的達(dá)成；Responsible for new project team formation, lead project member doing related tasks to accomplished final goal based on project timing, cost, quality and customer requirement.職責(zé)：1.負(fù)責(zé)新項目時間計劃的制定、跟蹤和控制，保證新項目相關(guān)工裝設(shè)備投資進(jìn)度目標(biāo)的達(dá)成；Responsible for new project timing creation, tracking and control to assure the new project relative equipment and tooling investment plan to be reached.2.負(fù)責(zé)新項目的成本預(yù)算的核定和控制，保證項目成本目標(biāo)的達(dá)成；Responsible for new project budget audit and control to assure project cost goal to be reached.3.負(fù)責(zé)定期召開項目會議，對新項目問題進(jìn)行跟蹤、反饋及關(guān)閉，Responsible for held project meeting regularly, new project open issues tracking, feedback and close.4.負(fù)責(zé)公司PDP-Gate Structure(項目開發(fā)流程)在項目中的貫徹和實施，以及在CDB系統(tǒng)中項目數(shù)據(jù)的完善和維護(hù)；Responsible for company PDP-Gate Structure (product development procedure) execution in new project management, project data improvement and maintenance in CDB system.5.負(fù)責(zé)工程變更的管理和實施；Responsible for ECN management and execution.6.作為與對接客戶窗口，負(fù)責(zé)和協(xié)調(diào)完成客戶指定的工作；Responsible for other customer assignments as a window to customer.7.協(xié)助制定項目相關(guān)工藝文件、技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、程序文件的制定和貫徹實施； Assist to create and execute project relative process documents, technical specifications and standard documents.8. 協(xié)助或負(fù)責(zé)公司重大質(zhì)量改善、技術(shù)改進(jìn)和降成本工作；Assist or responsible for company quality improvement, technical improvement and cost saving.9.協(xié)助公司第三方審核工作；Assist to achieve 3rd party audit. 10.協(xié)助分公司與蘇州其他部門工作協(xié)調(diào)和信息溝通工作；Assist to coordination and communication between branches and other department within KASZ.11.完成上級直接指派的其他工作。Achieve other assignments from superior.11. 了解本崗位的環(huán)境因素Be familiar with environment factors of his/her own position任職資格：· Over 3 years project management working experience in Automotive industry· Fluent in spoken and written English
