2. 4+ years working experience in quality management, familiar with the ISO9001/TS****** quality system. Supplier experience of General Motors, VW, SAIC, Toyota, Honda and etc. is preferential.4年以上質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)驗，熟悉ISO9001/TS******質(zhì)量體系。有GM,VW,SAIC,TOYOTA,HONDA等整車廠下游廠家經(jīng)驗者尤佳
3. Familiar with quality tools such as APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA.。熟悉質(zhì)量工具APQP/PPAP/SPC/FMEA/MSA等的使用
4. Understanding use method of measuring instruments and equipment for plastic and metal parts, such as projectors or image measuring machine, tensile testing machine, temperature and humidity test chamber, high-low temperature test chamber, salt spray test machine and so on.熟悉使用五金及塑膠產(chǎn)品常用檢測設備儀器，如：投影機，2.5次元，拉力計，溫濕度儀，高低溫測試機，鹽霧測試機等
5. Basic knowledge of plastics products, skillful at engineering drawings. 對塑膠產(chǎn)品有基礎知識，對工程圖紙非常熟悉

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任務和職責
1. To participate in the new project development, responsible for the preparation of test plans, PFMEA, control plans, inspection instruction file, track the development progress, review of key nodes involved in the project.參與新項目開發(fā)，負責準備測試計劃，PFMEA，控制計劃，檢查指引文件等，跟蹤項目開發(fā)進度，審核項目關鍵節(jié)點
2. Be responsible for new development or validation of samples of engineering change projects, and prepare related reports. Design and verify production testing fixture and JIG.負責工程更改項目的新樣品的開發(fā)與確認，相關報告的準備，工裝夾具治具的設計確認等
3. Summary PPAP documents and submit to the customer for approval and to track approval status. 準備PPAP文件，向客戶提交批準申請，跟進批準進度
4. Maintain good communication with the customer; general and deep understanding of customer requirements, timely resolution of customer complaints; prepare 8D reports and visit to customer if necessary.保持與客戶良好溝通，全面深刻了解客戶要求，及時處理客戶投訴，8D 報告準備，有需要時拜訪客戶以尋求問題有效解決
5. Preparing and updating of site inspection instructions, training inspectors, continue to improve and streamline the testing process.現(xiàn)場檢查指引的準備與更新，培訓檢查員，持續(xù)提升及完善檢查測試流程
6. Participate in on-site analysis and handle of quality problem, statistical analysis of qualitative data and quality improvement projects.參與現(xiàn)場質(zhì)量問題的分析解決，對質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)及改善項目進行統(tǒng)計分析等
7. Participate in supplier quality control and management for raw materials and outsourcing parts.對委外產(chǎn)品及材料的供應商的質(zhì)量進行管理及控制
8. Assist in quality and EHS system audit, process audits, product audits, submit reports on time.協(xié)助質(zhì)量及EHS方面的系統(tǒng)審核，過程審核，產(chǎn)品審核等，準時提交相關報告
