主要工作職責(zé)：
1、 Service customer and prospects needs through trials for potential new business and new technology introduction, startups, trouble-shooting and on-going account maintenance.
為客戶或潛在客戶服務(wù)，介紹新技術(shù)，解決現(xiàn)場問題，維護好客戶關(guān)系
2、 Lead small group to run trials at new project, including communication， on site process control, summarize and report;
帶領(lǐng)團隊進行新項目調(diào)試,包括協(xié)調(diào)人員，現(xiàn)場控制過程，總結(jié)匯報；
3、 Recommend new products, equipment or processing, which will maximize output and quality while minimizing costs, rejects, and safety problems.
介紹新產(chǎn)品，設(shè)備或流程，以最大化產(chǎn)出和品質(zhì)同時最小化成本，不合格品以及其他安全問題
4、 Implement sales strategies to exceed growth targets in the various General Industrial Markets
執(zhí)行銷售戰(zhàn)略以在各個工業(yè)漆市場超額完成銷售增長
5、 Provide tools and training for internal and external people
為內(nèi)外部人員提供幫助和培訓(xùn)
6、 Work well with internal manufacturing, laboratory, sales, and customer service peers to build value and add opportunities within the business
與內(nèi)部生產(chǎn)，實驗室，銷售，客戶服務(wù)緊密溝通，提升內(nèi)部團隊價值
7、 Provide information to the customer in the form of seminars or schools
通過討論會等向客戶提供信息
職位要求：
1、 Education Level: B.S. degree in technical field, senior high school is acceptable when the experience is really good;
理工科專業(yè)專科或本科學(xué)歷以上，如果經(jīng)驗特別豐富高中以上也可；
2、 Years Relevant Experience: 5 yrs. Minimum in Liquid, e-coat and/or Powder Coating Technical Service or Application Equipment field. Multiple experience is preferred;
至少5年液體及、電泳或粉末涂料技術(shù)服務(wù)或在應(yīng)用工具領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗, 多方面經(jīng)驗的最好；
3、 Highly successful, proven track record in Industrial paint applications with exceptional problem solving abilities
在工業(yè)漆涂料應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域卓越的成功解決問題的能力
4、 Knowledge of the total coatings process
全面了解涂料方面的知識
5、 Will need to be well organized with strong attention to details. Also, possess basic English reading and good Chinese verbal and written communication skills; familiarity / experience with Word and Excel is highly desired

6、 Must be willing to travel 80% to 90% of the week
