Key Accountabilities 主要職責(zé)：
1.Manage the whole routine of warehouse operations including receiving, stocking and delivery

5.Set up targets and KPIs for each function and individuals
為每個(gè)職位和個(gè)人建立目標(biāo)和績(jī)效指標(biāo)
6.Do performance assessment for all team members and set up department development schedule
對(duì)所有團(tuán)隊(duì)成員進(jìn)行績(jī)效考核，制定部門發(fā)展進(jìn)度
7.Confirm package concept for new project and lead to optimize package solution for existed projects.
確認(rèn)及批準(zhǔn)新項(xiàng)目包裝方案，對(duì)老項(xiàng)目的包裝方案要有不斷改善的觀念并予以實(shí)施
8.Lead factory to improve WIP accuracy.
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)部提高在線庫存的準(zhǔn)確性
9.Any other works assigned by supervisors.
上級(jí)指定的其他任何工作
Requirement 要求：
1.6 years above relative working experience.
6年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2.Automotive industry experience is preferred.
有汽車行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮
3.Familiar with MS office, SAP WM module.
熟悉office辦公軟件，SAP系統(tǒng)WM模塊
4.Fluent English both in writing and reading will be a plus
流利的英語讀寫能力
5.Strong leadership, initiative, communication skills, decision making, team player
強(qiáng)大的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力，工作積極主動(dòng)，良好的溝通技巧，決策意識(shí)強(qiáng)，團(tuán)隊(duì)合作
