職責(zé)/ Responsibilities:
1. 銷售工業(yè)用鏈條
Sell the industrial Chain
2. 完成年度銷售指標和回款計劃 并保持良好德國總部溝通
Reach yearly sales budget and manage the payment and keep good communication with German HQ
3. 開發(fā)新客戶/市場及維護現(xiàn)有客戶/市場
Develops new customers/ markets and maintain the current customers/ markets
4. 鑒別銷售機會，了解市場動態(tài)和趨勢，維護良好的客戶關(guān)系。
Identify new business opportunities, understand market demands and trends. Maintain good customers’ relationship
5. 管理并維護客戶滿意度，管理客戶需求變化，確�？蛻粜枨蟮挠行У脑俣乳_發(fā)
Increases customer satisfaction and loyalty, manage demand change, further develop customer’s demand
6. 收集、整理市場信息，為銷售決策提供建議
Collects market information and feedback, provide proposals or comments for strategic decisions
任職要求/ Requirements：
1. 工程大專/ 本科學(xué)歷，機械專業(yè)或金屬等相關(guān)專業(yè)為佳
College/ University Degree with major in Engineering or Metal technology is preferred.
2. 工業(yè)起重設(shè)備，葫蘆設(shè)備，傳動設(shè)備，吊具等相關(guān)行業(yè)工作背景為佳
lifting maching or hoist machine or transmission industry working background
3. 具備團隊協(xié)作精神，能承受壓力并自主開展工作
Team work spirit and able to work independently under great pressure
4. 很強的學(xué)習(xí)能力和對潛在機會的判斷力
Strong learning ability and clear-sighted
5. 具備熟練的英文讀寫說能力
Proficiency in written & reading and speaking English
6. 熟練操作Excel和PowerPoint軟件
Proficiency computer skills, familiar with MS project, Excel and PowerPoint
