Key Responsibilities:
Major Responsibility 1：New material development
- Study and research work on new material.
- Research work on second source.
Major Responsibility 2：Technical support
- To assist Munich & HO PD for new material development, measurement & qualification etc.
- Failure analyse and take follow up action for those items related to material technology problem.
- Visit supplier and fix material technical problem together with SO.
Major Responsibility 3：
- Check and approve material specification independently.
- Monthly review new material release status with SO and take improvement action.
- Monthly review sample material inventory and take improvement action.
Requirements/Qualifications:
1. College degree or above major in Electronics / Electric Engineering.
2. Minimum 5 years working experience in field of magnetic engineering, design or related field.
3. Be familiar with magnet wire, magnetic core, bobbin & insulation materials technology on transformer and inductor etc., able to check and approve material specification independently. CET-4 with good communication skills in English.
4. Strong inter-personal and organizing skills, able to work independently as well as within a team environment, be familiar with AEC-Q200.
