Promotes the development, implementation and enhancement of safety, health and environmental management systems. Develops and maintains procedures and programs to create and reinforce awareness of HSE both on and off the job/site Promotes incident free operations by ensuring that appropriate safety, health and environmental rules are communicated to company and employees. Coordinates the interpretation of local legislation and company policies that are pertinent to Process Technologyand personnel and defines the requirements that the plant and facilities are built, operated, and monitored in compliance with all applicable statutory requirements. Provides counsel, advice and support to other functions on all safety, health and environmental and security related matters. Insures liaison between the company and any outside governmental authorities or agencies or communities or professional service as may be required.
Qualification: Bachelor degree in engineer, mechanic, environment or Health & Safety or similar. 3+ years of HSE experience in multinational auto parts related company. Experience in plant or in an industry environment is preferred. Solid presentation skills to include oral and written communications in English and Mandarin. Teamwork, determination and can-do attitude
