The Programme

We are looking for an enthusiastic, responsible, and detail-oriented intern with strong organisational and communication skills. This person will assist in the tracking of goods and supplies within the Supply Chain network, as well as assist with our customer support. This is the opportunity to gain experience in international supply chain covering 30 countries across the world.

We would not only train you on the Supply Chain processes; upon successful completion of the Internship, we would provide you a career development path into a future Team Leader position.

Your role will involve but not limited to

? Process the daily purchase order for eyewear product line
? 對(duì)公司眼鏡產(chǎn)品系列進(jìn)行日常采購(gòu)
? Update the order status and shipment or manifest according to supplier’s feedback
? 根據(jù)供應(yīng)商的反饋更新訂單狀態(tài)以及運(yùn)輸貨單狀態(tài)
? Handle day to day issues with purchase orders and suppliers shipments
? 處理采購(gòu)訂單以及供應(yīng)商出貨等日常問(wèn)題
? Handle invoice checking process and accuracy
? 處理發(fā)票的核對(duì)過(guò)程并確保其準(zhǔn)確性
? Communicate with International suppliers on a daily basis
? 每天與國(guó)際供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行溝通
? Report to the Department Manager on a regular basis
? 定期向部門經(jīng)理做匯報(bào)

The Qualified Candidates
合格的候選人

? A Bachelor degree holder from reputable University or a graduating University student who is available to work full time (5 days a week, 8 hours a day) occasional Saturday work

? Competent in Excel

? Strong interdepartmental communication and team work skills across the company
