ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Casting Process Engineer’s responsibility includes but is not limited to:
Reports to the Casting Engineering Manager
- Responsible for implementing machines & process to produce aluminum structural and safety parts for the auto industry
- Provide technical supports to meet customer requirements
- To develop standard operating procedures and training kits for training operators
- Problems solving and continual improvement in casting process on site
- To develop new casting programs
- Others as plant manager assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor degree or above in metallurgy or materials engineering, major in casting preferred
Proficient in AutoCAD and UG software, it is better to know how to use Magma software
Familiar with office software
Can use quality tools in auto industry
Good English writing and speaking skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
Familiar with sand core cast.
At least 5 year work experience in casting fi
