1.Support establish IECQ QC0****** Hazardous Substance Process Management, Conflict Mineral and UL system. 2.Implement IECQ QC0****** system and UL certification, Customer audit and survey, internal QEAP Audit on HSM, CM and UL. 3.Lead, Review and Maintain Program of the Product and material for HSM, Conflict Mineral and UL requirement from Customer and Supplier . 4.Tracked and support BPM e-system on Hazardous Substance Management and Conflict Mineral 5.Handle customer questions/complain for HSM, CM and UL. 6.Review and Transfer customer requirment to internal system. 7.Others arranged by Dept. head.資格要求:1.University graduate (or equivalent), majored in chemical /material environmental engineering, or others similar. or similar education background, is expected. 2.3 years+ working experience in PCB (either rigid or flexible) manufacturing factory, or similar HSM, CM and UL at least. 3.Familiar with FPC and SMT process with technical background, and strong in understanding the stackup structures of PCB (either rigid or flexile), the raw materials to be used, and the layer dimensions will be a plus. . 4.Master with ISO9000,ISO******,TS******,IECQ QC0****** System, REACH, EU RoHS Directive etc. Conflict Mineral, Legislation , Customers’ Requirement 5.Be master with 5S Methodlogy, 5 Why,Fishbone 6.Be skilled with 5 tools(APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC and MSA), Quality tools 8D methodology, Lean Methodlogy , etc. 7.Should know synthetical knowledge for QS process management. 8.Good computer skills, Skilled with Excel,Word,Powerpoint etc. 9.Good English communication both in writing and spoken. 10.Good team player energy in work.具備IECQ QC0******系統(tǒng)管理知識
