1. 協(xié)助Sunglass Hut新店的裝修工程的項(xiàng)目管理
2. 協(xié)助跟進(jìn)和管理店鋪整改工程
3. 接收和管理所有維護(hù)維修需求
4. 確定、計(jì)劃維修工作,制定維修方案,保證維護(hù)質(zhì)量,并控制成本
5. 與施工單位、物料部以及供應(yīng)商溝通以保證維修的及時(shí)
6. 維修工作的記錄和追蹤,維修流程的優(yōu)化,成本的優(yōu)化和管理
7. 熟悉合同管理和請(qǐng)款流程
8. 做好工程款項(xiàng)的記錄和追蹤
9. 做好工程文件及圖紙的簽收、分類、編目、歸檔工作;
10. 做好各類工程報(bào)表、文件、會(huì)議記錄的打印、分發(fā)、歸檔管理及調(diào)閱工作;
11. 完成上級(jí)交辦的其他任務(wù)
任職要求:
1. 本科以上學(xué)歷,。
2. 英語(yǔ)大學(xué)4級(jí)以上,英語(yǔ)具備聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力,
3. 工程,裝飾,室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)3年以上,或外企品牌方經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先, 熟練使用CAD優(yōu)先
4 .溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力強(qiáng),有極強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心和使命感
5. 細(xì)致、認(rèn)真、有條理、能承受工作壓力
Main responsibilities
1. Assist in projects of Sunglass Hut new shops
2. Follow and manage renovation projects
3. Receiving and managing maintenance requests
4. Setting, scheduling repairing works, provide maintenance proposals, insure quality and cost
5. Well communication with contractors, procurement department and supplier to insure the time
6. Recording and tracking reporting cases, update and improve procedures, cost management and unit rate improvement
7. Familiar with contract management and payment application procedure
8. Recording and tracking for construction payment
9. Receiving, sorting, cataloguing and filing construction related documents.
10. Printing, distributing, filing construction forms, documents, meeting records etc...
11. Other tasks from supervisor
Requirement
1. College above.
2. CET 4 above, good at listening, speaking, reading and writing
3. 3 year above Experience in construction and decoration or interior design industry or foreign brand company priority, excellent CAD user will be a priority
4. Good communication skill, commitment to work
5. Careful well set out work and can bear pressure
