改進(jìn)現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品，降低成本或改善性能 improve existing products to reduce the cost or improve the performance
根據(jù)客戶要求，做匹配分析及設(shè)計 package study and design change according to customer request
配合團(tuán)隊(duì)完成VAVE計劃 co-work with the team for VAVE
配合質(zhì)量部解決質(zhì)量問題co-work with the quality department for the quality issue
崗位職責(zé)Responsibilities:
負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計或原產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計變更。 Responsible for the new products design and the design change.
建立或更新所負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的3D&2D數(shù)據(jù)。Responsible for the 3D&2D
對客戶的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行匹配，能將現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品或設(shè)計新產(chǎn)品以滿足客戶的要求，將產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用于新的客戶平臺； Package study according to the customer requirement, design or improve the parts to meet the customer platform requirement
支持并完成PDM相關(guān)工作； work based on the PDM;
跟蹤實(shí)驗(yàn)并根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果完善設(shè)計； Monitor the **** and improve the design;
參與新產(chǎn)品設(shè)計方案的制定與評審工作。 Participate in the development and evaluation for the new production design program
根據(jù)現(xiàn)有的產(chǎn)品，對相關(guān)部門提供技術(shù)支持； engineering support for the related role or department
跟客戶提供技術(shù)支持及解決方案； Continual support for the customer to get the solution
結(jié)合benchmark等相關(guān)工作，提升設(shè)計能力； based on the work for the benchmark, improve the design ability
工作均要遵守ISO******、IATF******的相關(guān)要求； The work should comply with the requirements of ISO****** and IATF******.
完成上級主管布置的其他工作。Complete other jobs which are arranged by the Supervisor.

崗位任職要求Requirements for the Position:
教育背景：機(jī)械/電氣相關(guān)專業(yè)，本科以上或同等學(xué)歷 Education Background: mechanical / electrical-related professional, college-level or higher or equivalent
工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)：三年以上汽車行業(yè)制造管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。Work experience: more than three years management manufacturing experience in the automotive industry
知識/技能：熟練操作UG/CATIA，計算機(jī)熟練，熟悉GD&T, PPAP, 注塑模具，沖壓模具，裝配工藝，有問題解決能力。Knowledge / Skills: familiar with UG/CATIA, Computer proficiency, familiar with GD & T, AutoCAD, PPAP, injection molds, stamping dies, assembly processes, problem-solving ability.
英語聽說讀寫流利。 High English level
具有一定的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力。Has a certain ability to organize and coordinate
