ABOUT YOUR ROLE 職位描述LeadandmanageRFIDproductionteamonquality&costcontrol,ontimedeliveryandEHStoachievecompany'stargetYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE 工作職責:-Planandmanageresourcesoftheproductionunittoachieveproductionplanandreliabilitytarget; -DriveRFIDproductionteamtoachievethequalitytarget,manageandleadthegrouptoadoptgood5SpracticeandcomplywithEHSrequirements; -Providetechnicalsupportforotherdepartmentsorsite; -Ensureallproductionmachinesunderagoodcondition; -Toprovideon-the-jobtrainingtotheoperator,productionassistantandlineleader; -Optimizetheproductionworkflowandreducescraprateandcost; -Tomanageandmonitorthedisciplineofallworkers; -Assisttodrive6SigmaprojectinworkshopandLeanactivitiesimplement; -EnsureallemployeesparticipatecompanyrganizedtrainingonISO9001,FSCandEHS,andfollowrelatedprocedures&WI. WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU 職位要求:- Collegeorabove; -Atleast5yearsrelevantexperience;-Nocolorblindness; - GoodreadingandwritinginEnglish;-ComputerknowledgeespeciallyinExcelandWord; -Goodcommunicationskillsandcapabletoworkindependently;-Goodatteamwork; -Quicklearneranddetailminded;-Willingtoworkunderpressure.
