Job Responsibility:崗位職責(zé)Project Development：項(xiàng)目研發(fā)1.Design and evaluate key function blocks設(shè)計(jì)并驗(yàn)證主要功能模塊2.Generate product documentation including evaluation report, BOM, TP/TS完成項(xiàng)目文檔，包括測試報(bào)告，物料清單，測試流程及說明3.Perform tolerance analysis, circuit simulation and design improvement進(jìn)行誤差分析，電路仿真及設(shè)計(jì)改善4.Calculation and analysis of power loss distribution and stress of keycomponents 計(jì)算和分析關(guān)鍵元件的損耗5.Implement cost reduction at design stage 在項(xiàng)目開發(fā)階段進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目成本改善Production support and FA support：生產(chǎn)支持及壞機(jī)分析1.Provide support to manufacturing facility for production ramp up of newproducts為新產(chǎn)品工廠生產(chǎn)提供支持2.Perform FA analysis from both field returns and the failure during DVT / EVTand Safety testing對退回的壞機(jī)以及項(xiàng)目研發(fā)DVT/EVT/Safety測試中的不合格項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行分析3.Join technical communication meeting in department 參加部門內(nèi)部技術(shù)及經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流 Job Requirements:崗位要求1.College degree or above, major in power electronics or related;大專以上學(xué)歷，電力電子或相關(guān)專業(yè)2.Fundamental knowledge in power supply design including power device,topology, control, design verification, etc.;電力系統(tǒng)的基本知識，包括電源、拓?fù)洹⒖刂�、設(shè)計(jì)驗(yàn)證等3.Fluency in writter English流暢的英文書寫能力4.3+ years in power supply design.3年以上電源設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
