Job Responsibility:崗位職責Project Development：項目研發(fā)1.Design and evaluate key function blocks設計并驗證主要功能模塊2.Generate product documentation including evaluation report, BOM, TP/TS完成項目文檔，包括測試報告，物料清單，測試流程及說明3.Perform tolerance analysis, circuit simulation and design improvement進行誤差分析，電路仿真及設計改善4.Calculation and analysis of power loss distribution and stress of keycomponents 計算和分析關(guān)鍵元件的損耗5.Implement cost reduction at design stage 在項目開發(fā)階段進行項目成本改善Production support and FA support：生產(chǎn)支持及壞機分析1.Provide support to manufacturing facility for production ramp up of newproducts為新產(chǎn)品工廠生產(chǎn)提供支持2.Perform FA analysis from both field returns and the failure during DVT / EVTand Safety testing對退回的壞機以及項目研發(fā)DVT/EVT/Safety測試中的不合格項目進行分析3.Join technical communication meeting in department 參加部門內(nèi)部技術(shù)及經(jīng)驗交流 Job Requirements:崗位要求1.College degree or above, major in power electronics or related;大專以上學歷，電力電子或相關(guān)專業(yè)2.Fundamental knowledge in power supply design including power device,topology, control, design verification, etc.;電力系統(tǒng)的基本知識，包括電源、拓撲、控制、設計驗證等3.Fluency in writter English流暢的英文書寫能力4.3+ years in power supply design.3年以上電源設計經(jīng)驗
